I didn't say anything about meatloaf, because I feel like it's a necessary ingredient - not really an accompaniment.

Ketchup w/ rice and eggs is actually dope. It might seem weird, but it works. For a ton of other things, I don't really use ketchup 100% of the time, right, like burgers or hotdogs - depending on what I'm going for.

Ive done it in eggs and used to be a regular thing when I was in the military but we were on a deployment to the Middle East and were there for 8 months and ran out of American ketchup. They bought some stuff locally there that was the Arabic version and it was like sugar water, it was really gross. So I switched to hot sauce and it started a life long change that for 30 years Ive been doing now. Its all about hot sauce on my eggs now.

But I know for a fact 100% I dont want ketchup in my rice. Absolutely not.
