I haven't watched any of Kyle's (Secular Talk) shit in years, but he was usually pretty okay for what he was, but following that kind of path closely is really just a rage cycle. American politics is tremendously right-leaning, in every way that matters, and if you're just trying to vote out or compromise with literal fascists, then you're not gonna get anywhere, so it's pointless.

Kyle understands the domestic situation pretty well, his foreign policy takes are where he nosedives off a cliff. His early comments on Russia/Ukraine were REAL dumb, bad takes about the beginning of the conflict about Gaza, weird takes about men's health & emotions, sometimes says something really stupid about domestic issues like consumer protection. But he's generally on the ball like 70% of the time I'd say. He has the least amount of missteps honestly out of the dozen or so different creators I listen to.
