Yeah legally speaking the driver is not at fault in any shape, way, or form. Morally speaking, if it was true that the guy in the camera told the driver not to turn the corner and he initially agreed but he did it anyways, I say it's a 10% to 90% at fault (10 to the driver and 90 to the skater) because the skater is being a dumbass for skating in the middle of the road but the driver not honoring his word can be seen as scummy. I know people will go "but the car is putting the skaters life at risk" but like this skater is putting himself at risk going that fast in the middle of the road, if it wasn't this car it could've been some other car with the more right of way that could've caused it.
