The driver quite literally has the right of way. "Hold on, I want to film this tiktok stunt" is not a reason for anybody to have to act against normal traffic laws. Would you just stop and wait if some random dude told you to, when you have no idea what's even happening? Imagine literally trying to blame the driver for this.

Maybe as far as driving laws. Or morally he is not inclined to have to follow it. But out of concern for injury and some respect for another's saftey and human life even if he was against it and thought they were not worth following their instructions he should just let himself be inconvenient for less than a minute. I dont see how that was too much of a request. People do this all thw time double parking, moving sonething, etc.

I could see if it was going to take a long time or it wasnt going to result in a possible crippling injury. But even in this topic they are just skater trash so oh well.
