I'm just thinking about people I know who are not very into video games (often because they're fairly old) and imagining asking if they know/recognize characters and pikachu just seems like a more likely yes than mario to me. and when you think about it this way, lara croft is just laughable. probably not even top 100 --- THIS IS WHAT I HATE A BOUT EVREY WEBSITE!!
