You could be good/neutral. Someone who doesn't help someone else who is in trouble can be neutral, it is not inherently evil to not want to put yourself at risk for another when you don't need to, however it would be good/a good deed to assist them when they are, especially if it comes with risk to yourself.

You could be good in a world full of neutrality.

i come across a baby drowning in a sink. i could save the baby, but at the risk of getting my hands wet. thankfully with your reasoning, because there is a risk to me, i am not evil if i let this baby drown. i can simply walk away and remain a good/neutral person. phew.
