The Arrowverse shows range from absolute trash to actually fairly solid, depending on the show and season. The first season of the Flash, for instance, is some of the best liveaction superhero stuff out there. The later seasons are so fucking garbage I didn't finish the show.

I think Smallville has a special place in some people's hearts because it was a live action superhero show at a time where superhero media kind of didn't exist.

But I don't think I'll ever watch it in full myself because it probably is just garbage.

And I remember they kept Lana Lang's ass around like five seasons longer than they should have when she's just super, super boring.
