Topic	Anyone else feel better after a good cry

I have no issue with men crying but I just don't feel compelled to do it very much anymore since I got sober and got a better grip on my emotional regulation. I don't fight back tears or anything and will cry if moved to do so. I cried over my nephew's recent suicide but outside of huge stuff like that, it just feels pointless and kind of silly for me.
