Ive gone to sleep hungry but my brain always shuts off hunger in that scenario. Ill wake up a little later to roll over and not be hungry at all. I often go to sleep late at night hungry but wake up in the morning feeling normal and not hungry for hours.

Im often hungry just because of my schedule. I work 2nd shift and generally dont get up until about 1030 or 1100. So Ill eat around 1200. My evening meal I eat around 1800 and thats my final meal. I only eat twice a day. But I stay up until like 0130 or 0200. So when I go to bed Im often hungry as its been about 7.5 to 8 hours since my last meal.

But Im not going to eat that late right before bed. So I go to bed hungry because I know itll go away.
