A post that was obviously in the context of a country or region where the tip would be expected. Glob posted... Ive already explained why I dont think it is. I dont know how I can be any clearer here. An expectation to tip is always ridiculous. Thats true whichever country Im in. And you're wrong about that. Regardless, you didn't say that in your first post, you just said you don't tip (in reply to a post that was obviously commenting on an area where tipping would be expected) and pretended to be oblivious about why that would upset anyone.
