I can say anyone that doesnt fight racism is responsible for racism without having to literally take you by the hand and explain how to fight racism.

Some people need to do more work to move past the racism theyve been taught and to understand their privilege, yes.

I think if you're going to judge white people collectively as privileged bigots, yes, you could do the courtesy of explaining what they might do to not raise your ire.
