No it isn't. How do you expect to put pressure on people that have nothing to lose? When the only alternative to Hamas that Palestinians have is to lay back and die quietly, Hamas will continue to win by default But Palestinians do have something to lose. They've lost 30k lives in just the last few months. Civilians absolutely have something to lose. If Hamas cares about those lives, that should matter.
