Did i even say about native? I even give Tenshinhan as example You still fail to see my point. Vegeta living on earth doesn't suddenly give him any special traits humans might possess. Not how things work. Now if we are talking an ability that can be learned that's different. Like goku learning kaoiken. It's not a natural saying ability.
