He has testified though. It was in one of his civil cases. He thought he was making himself look good, of course, but I think he dramatically hurt his case with what he said.

If he was smart he'd use that lesson to not testify in his criminal cases, however the only people who have ever called Trump smart are shit-for-brains.

And testifying lead to significantly higher punitive damages because hes such an obnoxious asshole.

If he tries that in a criminal case theyll throw the book at him.
