yeah. the other thing i want to mention is that there are attacks that work off of the global cooldown and you're meant to use them in between attacks. like, if you're playing a lancer and you've got life surge, you're meant to pop that between vorpal thrust and true thrust. --- https://imgur.com/a7zbPmp.gif ...
