Better to wait for the first decent sale then add to the backlog honestly. This is the reason I bought it on launch (and because the wife convinced me to buy the collector's edition). Vanillaware games become incredibly rare after awhile, so it's best to buy them ASAP. Honestly, I wouldn't even wait for the first sale.
