It's also not wise to feed stray cats because:
- Health risks: Feeding stray animals can increase the transmission of disease and injuries from fighting.
- Ecosystem damage: Feeding feral cats can be detrimental to the health of the ecosystem and wildlife.
- Property damage: An excessive number of cats in one place can damage personal property.
- Increased stray problem: Providing food to undesexed cats increases the stray problem.
- Lures other wildlife: Feeding stray cats can attract other local wildlife species like raccoons, skunks, foxes, and opossums.
