Everything works a bit different in my country, but I'm set. I'm mid 30, have a good job, and have over CHF 100k personal savings and stocks. When I retire, I get a life-long mandatory pension of about CHF 2300/month. In addition, I'll have another pension of estimated 800k-900k from the company pension fund when I retire (the sum is much lower right now, but will keep growing exponentially until I retire).

I don't have a house, though. Normal people can't afford buying (proper) houses anymore in Switzerland. Most people rent apartments.

I wouldn't say that I'm rich. But thanks to how the whole system works in Switzerland and as long as I don't do anything stupid, I'm probably going to have a good life until the day I die.

But in regard to the question, I'd say I'm sitting on CHF 250k right now. No debts. CHF 100k personal savings and stocks. CHF 150k from company saving fund.
