Great questions. I don't think I made my feelings on that quite clear.

Entering this day, I've been very distrustful of Chris and Sultan. Seeing him say that Sultan was town only made me more suspicious, so I didn't trust Sultan to have been telling the truth about being slept with.

Thus, I proposed that someone who everyone says is town pair up with Chris to validate the prosty claim. Because at this point, I was convinced that Sultan and Chris being a scum pair was still a possibility. So I volunteered myself.

After a while, though, I realized that Chris would need to be Godfather Prosty in order for him to be putting up a ruse. While possible, many have pointed out that it seems unlikely and redundant with Vanilla Cop in the picture. Not to mention that such a scum gambit wouldn't be sustainable upon a Sultan scum flip or on future nights, especially when scum has a few mislynches to go before they win.

Seeing as my initial premise for pairing with Chris was silly, I decided he was more than likely town and broke up with him so that he could do whatever he needs to help solve the game. If that means he wants to confirm me as non-moving, then I'm fine with that.
