It doesn't make us weak, i'm an Army vet, I was a "tough guy" but it wasn't something I could get through alone and it took a long time to realize that. People care, in the oddest of places. We are all different though and handle things differently. Do what you feel like you need to do, but if you feel like you are spinning tires trying to figure it out by yourself, reach out.
