No, not really.

While Japan does have a lot of great designs, they can sometimes be very same-y. Not saying western games aren't guilty of this, but it's noticeable

I'll say this though, if you want better female body shape diversity, western games are right there. A gripe people often have with non-human female characters who aren't just your generic nameless enemy or NPC is that they always tend to have a very dangerously human shape. You'll often be hard-pressed to find a monster girl that isn't just animal tails and ears plastered on the character and when they do try to attempt something slightly more non-human like a furry, it still sorta ends up looking very human and having a very short snout or nose. Unicorn Overlord is doing it the right way as a recent, but uncommon example.

As much as I like FFXIV over WoW, the latter does have the former beat on this area, not to mention WoW was far quicker to include non-human monster girls/furries as playable characters in their game with multiple race options. We're only now just getting female Hrothgar and they're still human-looking in body shape and stature compared to the male counterparts, who are hunched over and beefier-looking.
