I (hope) the Supreme Court is only taking this in to put it on the record that no one is immune from prosecution. If that was their goal, they wouldn't have rejected Smith's December '23 request to expedite a ruling. Kradek posted... Trump has claimed that him trying to steal the election was part of his official duties. He once claimed defaming E.
