Topic	Why are modern appliances so finicky?

After three years it stopped heating up. Did some research and discovered that the ignitor was the culprit. Had to replace it myself. Luckily it wasn't too difficult. Couldn't believe a brand new appliance could break so soon. Guess that's what I deserve for buying an oven manufactured by Frigidaire. Did you ever find evidence of mice hanging out in it?
