TopicIt seems like Vince McMahon had some kind of a cult-like grip on some people.

It's fascinating watching a lot of non-fans finally being exposed to Vince's brand of crazy. He's an enigma and it's long been known by wrestling fans that he had a way with people, especially other wrestlers that made them look up to him like some kind of god in a sense.

Jim Cornette has said more than once that psychologists could make a lifelong career out of studying Vince alone and still get nowhere.

There's a difference between him being the unreachable Michael Myers in a business suit and him being a rapist piece of shit.

It's actually not surprising. But it's a confirmation of something that was kept hush-hush. There wasn't enough to suggest that he was guilty of it in the past. It would have been overreaching to say "Vince is the kind of guy who would..." when it came to women.

But now we can say with almost total certainty that Vince is the kind of guy who would coerce unwilling women and delight in humiliating and otherwise abusing them. It's a total extension of everything else about him.

But there's a difference between bringing in a wrestler and turning them into a janitor because someone dared to suggest to him that he *needed* to hire them and defecating on a woman because she's under an NDA not to say anything. One is cruel and vindictive, but legal. The other is criminal assault of a sexual nature.

It's like the local thief committing a murder. It takes things to a new level.
