Topic	Mark Ruffalo Says Hulk Movie Is Too Expensive to Make These Days.

I would think it would be similar to how they do the Hulk but I have no idea. I think maybe the advantage the Apes movies have is the setting. But a proper Hulk movie should have a normal setting too. I think one of the reasons Marvel budgets shoot up so much lately is because the far majority of it is CGI filmed in green screen lots and they design these exotic locations. I'm trying to think the last time they did a uperhero movie in a mostly grounded setting.
