To be fair, you can do many other things than shoot guns at one of these assemblies that would not violate a reasonable definition of "peaceably" I'm in the actual active duty military and I shoot weapons only a few times a year, if that. While it is a reasonable presumption that these groups get together to shoot guns more often than not, should that possibility allow the government to step in and stop these groups from assembling, especially if they have no weapons present? --- The name is wackyteen for a reason.
