Yeah this whole thing is beyond dumb and anticonsumer. Announced in the mid 2010s, first part comes out around the beginning of the 2020s, prequel remaster comes out a few years later, and four years after part one of the remake part two finally comes out. Part three will be out in three or four years after this one and this whole project was just to milk fans. It sucks

You and most whining about this are irrational. Square enix wants money, if they could do it any faster they would, but they cant compromise quality. And about quality, its much much harder and time consuming to recreate high fidelity 3d assets, full with mocap and voice acting for every animation and moment they speak.

Now milking would be stuff like all the spinoffs theyve done around FF7, but nothing wrong while its good, though a lot of it isnt.
