What I expect to see:

>Updates to Unite, Cafe, MastersEX, and Sleep.
>Trailer for new movie and one more Mythical 'mon added to Scarlet/Violet.
>New 7* Tera-raid event in Scarlet/Violet (probably Gatr or Meganium but could be a legendary).
>Maybe some new outfits for Scarlet/Violet.
>Teaser for upcoming main series anime stuff.
>RBY coming to NSO with Home integration -OR- (heavy speculation on my end) RSE/FRLG coming to NSO since those games haven't seen a rerelease yet.
>Montage of regionals and worlds footage, announcement of next regulation series.
>Music video from famous artist(s).
>Pokemon Go recap of the year (Go Fest and Sinnoh Tour) plus a teaser for the upcoming season.

Now for my own big announcement speculation:

Black and White/Unova based game. I would bet heavily on a "Legends" style game, but as a complete shot in the dark I'm also putting a chip on "Black and White 3" to completely throw off the crowds.

I personally don't believe any of the leaked images, it's really easy to fake "screenshots" these days.
