I just watched a youtube video that showed a reddit post about super lost media.

An example is the 3 hour cut of Planes, Trains, and Automobiles. It definitely exists because it was shown to a reporter, but it has been lost since John Hughes died. Another example is the Beatles lost song Carnival of Light. It has consistently been blocked from being released to the public by George Harrison and his wife, Ringo Starr, and Yoko Ono. But luckily it seems on the verge of being released eventually, and Paul McCartney wants it to be released.

This sounds like one of those examples. It sucks that rare old media gets hoarded away from the public, but sometimes you have happy endings like this one
