I don't disagree but it's not impossible to engage in a affair with your boss consensually, difficult and fraught with issues, but not impossible. But so far nobody has come forward and claimed that their sexual relationship with Whedon has been abusive or coercive. Doesn't mean that they won't someday but until then, I am not going make accuse a person of something that serious. Can you consent when the person asking for an affair can fire you if you don't? Even if you think you're willing, there's always that dynamic in place that presents a threat to you and your livelihood if you ever say no.
