Everyone has such different opinions on what is the best so you could easily pick about 7 or 8 different ones and they are probably someones favorite. Spirited Away is almost always at the top of most Internet lists but Ill go in a different direction. A title that is often near the top is My Neighbor Totoro. I recommend starting there and watching more.
