I'm expecting Niji to have had "fair" reasons to terminate Selen. One thing right in Vox's comments was her constantly publically throwing management under the bus and she did confirm she was recording colleagues without them knowing which isn't legal even without bad intentions. .
The defamation against her is absolutely unacceptable regardless of that though, just don't fucking do it unprovoked. Not that interested in any statement Niji makes on the situation until they address how stupid and unfair that was.
