I paused near the end to see how many steps we had left and it was determined that we didn't have enough for Surf. I suggested to just get the teeth to make it not a waste and one of the most vocal/active members said not to because we could get them easier with Surf, ignoring the logic that we weren't getting Surf this time anyway.
