As someone pointed out earlier, KC does some have gang violence. Hell there was a big federal indictment of like 9 leaders back in August of last year. Could literally have just been a couple dudes popping off at each other and people got caught in the crossfire. I don't expect this to be the case, but it is possible.

It should also always be remembered that this is America, and people do extremely fucked up shit occasionally without political motivation. It's getting rarer it feels like, but it does still happen.

Yeah I heard that scenario being speculated. But like StarFighters76 said, 22 people getting caught in the crossfire seems a bit high.

But I guess anything is possible these days. There was also a topic today about an old man getting shot and killed, simply because he accidentally backed into another car.
