Piccolo. Moro started out cool, but became kind of lame by the end of it. Definitely still the best of the post-ToP villain so far.

Voting Piccolo in this round but let me just say that Moro really could have been a cool villain if they stuck harder to the "ancient galactic wizard" aspect, rather than just basically use those powers to turn him into what was more or less a standard martial artist opponent. He really could have been one of Super's coolest villains or characters in general, but they pissed it away.

This was my problem with Gas as well. He had these cool powers that let him materialize weapons, but then after he powers up, he more-or-less stops using them and fights in a martial arts style.
