And in Gen 1, the only bug type moves were pretty pathetic, so having that triple bug type weakness is pretty meaningless. Yeah there's only 3 bug moves that do damage, and 1 is exclusive to a Pokmon no one uses, 1 is leech life (so not high damage), and the last 1 is pin missile which is only learnable by Beedrill and Jolteon (and it's not a strong move, either) lol.
