I'm not saying it's great that somebody needs to get a medically necessary thing done to them, I'm saying if you need to get a hysterectomy in order to save your life then it's a good idea to get a fucking hysterectomy.

Meanwhile if somebody wants to get a hysterectomy in order to lose a couple pounds I'd argue that's probably not a great fucking idea.
