Wanting to remove a body part for cosmetic reasons is fine and all I guess if you want to do such a permanent modification to your body but it's certainly not a good reason to do it. my wife had a medically necessary hysterectomy now we can't have more kids and she says it makes her feel like less of a woman it was an emergency surgery and she has PTSD about it you think thats better than electively taking one when you choose to and are ready? yeah no lol oh actually heres a good one my cousin's kid had a botched circumcision, leading them to have to redo it when he got older because it was causing him excruciating pain whenever he got an erection that's better than being an adult and saying you want to get circumcised for cosmetic reasons? lol ...
