I'd typically consider that the 2nd best time to permanently remove a part of a persons body. I still think medically necessary removal trumps wanting it removed because they just want it removed. in what fuckin world is having some kind of medically necessary reason to get circumcised better than being of sound mind and under no duress and getting it done because you want to, not because you need to pretty simple concept lol dunno why youre struggling with it ...
