Weight is ok after walking four miles yesterday but I like looking good 5 sets of 20 Bench Press - 125lbs 5 sets of 10 pull ups 45 minute rowing machine 5 sets of 10 shoulder presses - 85lbs I'm riding 100 miles Sunday.
