Topic	Sneasel is so bad in Pokemon GSC

Crystal added Larvitar to the Celadon Game Corner...but both really should have been obtainable before the Elite Four. and you had to get it into its 50s to fully evolve it. So they put a monster with such a high evolution right at the end.... also, I don't know anything about meta but Scizor is my favorite pokemon of all time.
