Biden being an old man who's not all there anymore is nothing new to the average voter. They just care about him not being a wannabe Hitler. People can hate Trump as much as they want. The problem is a significant portion of the population worship him, and those people will be voting. Democrats need the same level of turnout as 2020 for Biden to eek out a victory, and after 4 years of nothing happening voter apathy will likely mean that won't happen.
