They're both methods to prevent health issues, both are proven effective. Studies show that circumcision causes no lasting harm to sensitivity, potency, etc. So...I understand that vaccines and outpatient surgery are different things, mechanically, but functionally they provide the same overall result: less likelihood of experiencing certain negative health events in the future. --- (He/Him) I write Naruto Fanfiction.
