I brought up how likely things are to happen because it should be relevant to the debate.

that example still doesn't fit because if some kids don't get vaccinated, then they can become sick and infect others.

if some kids aren't circumcised then... they might have issues if they don't clean themselves? might be likelier to get STIs if they don't practice protection, when they're (hopefully) old enough to decide on whether they want to be circumcised in the first place?

Don't forget that it reduces penile cancer, reduces giving cervical cancer to female partners during sex, reduces UTIs, and just looks better
