If it's going to be done, it should be done when they're babies, they won't remember it and will heal more quickly and easier than an adult or older kid would. It's quite painful and sucks to have done as an adult. And who the fuck is going to decide to do it later unless they need to for medical reasons, when by that point they're entirely used to their foreskin. The only people who regret it are those who feel they are somehow missing out because of false information spread around as well as growing bullshit around morality and stupid PC bullshit.
