The franchise is probably unsalvageable at this point. Unless the fat is everything other than the few entries that are still going to make money, they should put the whole franchise to rest for a decade or so. During that time, they can play around with individual film or television entries to figure out what kind of future they can make off the Marvel properties. Some of the Disney+ stuff was going in a slightly different direction than the norm, but most of that has been maligned by general audiences for being part of the MCU. The franchise feels like a chore to viewers at this point.

The MCU is so homogenous, that most entries can't stand out by themself. The hype mostly died after Endgame and the embers mostly went out during phase 4. The tv shows aren't attracting the average viewer and only those subscribing to the MCU. The shows are too expensive and not drawing a new audience to the Disney+ platform.

The magic is gone and has been gone too long. Disney needs to accept that and take time to restrategize accounting for the fact that the superhero subgenre in film and television has waned.
