To spin this into a side conversation, I'm reminded back in the original God of War in the 'behind the scenes' museum mode that David Jaffe mentioned how the Minotaurs had dicks with physics at one point in the game's development only for it to be cut, castrating the Minotaurs in the final release, with Jaffe jokingly lamenting the fate of the Minotaurs.

Meanwhile, elsewhere in the world of Minotaur dick physics... Elder Scrolls: Oblivion had physics for the fur-covered ball sacks of that game's Minotaurs. As in, you could grab the Minotaurs there, give a quick flick of the cursor, and they'd jiggle for a bit.

Then there are games like Conan: Exiles where you could toggle full nudity to just add randomized dicks to the game for people and horses...

I think it was the second elder scrolls that had anatomically correct nudity if you removed your characters armor completely.
