Hospy posted... None of these statistics should be surprising given that more than half of US adults read at below the 6th grade level.God, don't remind me. Even my father does and he's smarter and far more knowledgeable than I am, but he reads soooo fucking slowly. While putting a computer together recently I discovered I could read a full sentence 5 times over before he'd finish it once. Christ, if he read at the speed I do he'd probably know everything instead of damn near everything. --- Look, I can name a few instances in MY life where I tried to reach mutual understanding and i can TELL you, always faster and easier to just kill em.
