Rent is not going down because the government isn't forcing all landlords to lower down to a certain amount based on area nationwide. Plenty scheming landlords get away with their cons not being regulated against desperate renters trying to stay housed. Things are only getting worse and they will continue to do so over time. It's definitely not the Dems fault though. I mean things are objectively getting better how can you not see it.
