My own ranking of the mane 6 have pretty much stayed the same with Applejack moving up after Applebuck Season.
1. Rarity. She is so far ahead of the rest that they could run her character into the ground for an entire season and she'd still be my favorite.
2. Pinkie Pie. I believe my psyche is 4 parts Rarity, 3 parts Pinkie Pie and 1 part Twilight Sparkle
3. Twilight Sparkle. Unicorns > all. She generally has the best facial expressions too.

4. Applejack. Great quotes like 'fancy mathematics', but still a tad annoying.

5. Rainbow Dash. Horrible and a jerk, but in a completely uninteresting way.
6. Fluttershy. I'd say she ties for my least favorite with Rainbow Dash, but the fans with their irrational love for her somehow makes me like her even less.
